Maria Tur Prats and her son Pepe

To begin our section about Greenheart colaborators, we'd like to give our very special thanks to the owners of the property where the Casita Verde centre is situated. Since the beginning of the project, Maria and Pepe have allowed us the freedom to evolve this well known centre of the Greenheart movement in Ibiza on their 55,000m² farm in an area known locally as 'Sa Plana' near to Benimussa in the municipality of San Jose.

Pepe has always offered his kind assistance with any major works projects on the farm including the recent installation of an 80ton water tank and collection system which gives us the ability to be almost self sufficient for our water supply. Each Saturday morning Maria provides us with a few dozen fresh eggs from her selection of happy chickens when we pass by her home near San Antonio for a break and little chat at the end of our weekend shopping trip.
